Hotel Bella Casa - Tbilisi

The staff at Hotel Bella Casa were pretty good too ensure a comfortable stay. When we arrived late at night, they immediately found a solution for our room and made sure we were taken care of. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this hotel based on their really good customer service.

Great location, cute hosts, spacious and comfortable rooms, diverse and delicious breakfast, beautiful terrace with amazing view.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was walking distance from many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds.

The hotel did not live up to its online description and we were disappointed. The room had poor soundproofing, we heard every noise from the street and the corridor.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of options to choose from. On top of all that, there was a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a stunning view. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my trip.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and the bed was comfortable enough for us to have a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was excellent, very close to a metro station and several eating places. the free Wi-Fi was a real perk as it allowed us to stay connected with our family and friends.

Our romantic escape was ruined by misleading photos and descriptions of the hotel. the room was much smaller than what we saw in the pictures, and the bathroom was poorly maintained.
